Why do I have to pay a holding deposit?
We are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.
We block out our studio and staff for two hours for every appointment, hence the need to collect a holding deposit to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients.
The holding deposit is refunded to you when you attend the scheduled appointment, or put towards your order.
What exactly does the $550 credit cover?
Your $550 credit is applied toward printed artwork created from your photoshoot. Our photos start at $365. This can include wall art, framed prints, albums, or other printed products available through Premier Studio. It is not a cash payout and cannot be used toward the refundable deposit.
How long is my gift certificate valid?
Your gift certificate is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued. However, you must book your session within 10 days to secure this special offer and lock in your eligibility.
How does the refundable deposit work?
Your $50 holding deposit is refundable if you don't want to buy anything else. Otherwise, it's put towards your order.
Are weekday photoshoots really included in the prize?
Yes. When you book a weekday session, your weekday photoshoot is included in the prize (normally $200). The only amount due at booking is the refundable $50 weekday deposit.
What about weekend availability?
Saturday sessions are available for a $200 session fee. Due to very limited availability, Saturdays sit outside the gift voucher inclusions. Your full $550 gift voucher is still yours to enjoy on artwork — the Saturday session fee is simply a separate booking charge. Many families choose this option for convenience when weekdays are difficult.
What kind of service can I expect from the artists?
Every Premier Studio session is a one-on-one experience. An artist will guide you through planning, posing, and artwork selection. There are no rushed, back-to-back appointments—your time is reserved just for you.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life doesn't always go to plan which may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.
In the event of this happening, we respectfully ask for 72 hours notice (to book someone else).
We include one reschedule. Additional reschedules would require a new holding deposit to be paid.
Can I give my voucher to someone else?
This voucher is non-transferable and the person who won the voucher must attend the session.
